This circular walk is based on Walk8 of the ACORN series of walks. See www.arleseywalks.co.uk. The walk starts and finishes near the Old Oak Public House. It follows the Kingfisher way as it passes Henlow Grange a Georgian Grade II listed building (now a health spa) then crosses the East Coast railway line via a footbridge returning via Vine farm and the Kingfisher Way to the start point in Arlesey.
